Practice for Home or Office
During the pandemic, “corporate yoga” took off and chair classes became a popular class again. I love a good chair class! This is a short movement break that is done while sitting in a chair. Perfect for home or during an office break!
12:45 minutesShort Before Bed Practice
In this short practice, we will take the time to turn our focus back into the body and the breath to set us up for a good night's sleep.

This is a quick 10-minute movement practice perfect for when you are on the go. Whether you've had a long car ride, are waiting for a flight, or have spent extended time sitting at the computer, this session helps rejuvenate your body. Feel free to combine this practice with other video sessions for a deeper, longer workout.

Why I still practice Child's Pose after 25 years.
After more than 25 years of teaching yoga, Child’s Pose is still one of the shapes I return to most often.
Because each day the body speaks differently and a pose is never the same shape twice. The pose changes with the seasons of our lives. Morning bodies. Menopausal bodies. Strong bodies. Exhausted bodies.
Busy minds. Quiet minds. Aging bodies. Healing bodies. -
If meditation feels intimidating, this is for you
Someone close to me once told me they couldn’t meditate.
They believed they didn’t have time and their mind never stopped. “It’s too noisy in there,” they said. I’ve heard this many times over the years, and I’ve experienced it myself. What I offered wasn’t a solution, but a possibility… maybe meditation isn’t about quieting the noise, but about learning how to make a little space within it. Meditation helps us create space.

Yoga Can Feel Like a Tiny Miracle…Or Mud
Dear new yoga student, (or anyone who feels like they’re starting again),
I’m glad you’re reading this. Really.
If you’re wondering, “Will I fit in?” “Am I ready?” or “I don’t know what I’m doing.” I hope this helps soften some of those barriers.
First off, you don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be strong. You don’t need fancy clothes, perfect form, or any experience at all. You don’t need to fix yourself before you show up. Spoiler: none of that matters.
