Private Sessions


Private sessions are an option for students who want to deepen their practice at home, who enjoy a customized class and/or who benefit from the extra attention. Private sessions are a sensitive way of working with students who are experiencing a challenging time in their lives either physically or emotionally. The private sessions are held on Zoom.

Robyn will guide you through a practice that is designed to meet you where you are and will support you while you gain confidence in your home practice.

Robyn has worked one-on-one with clients for over a decade and enjoys the personal attention and guidance that comes with working privately. She has worked intensively with students of varying ages and abilities, and who benefit from a modified practice.


FAQ:

  • Our private session will be held on Zoom. You will receive a private link for our session together. This allows you to practice in the comfort of your own home, while travelling or even in the office on a lunch break. You will need the space for a yoga mat and a bit of room to move.

  • Generally, I book my private sessions during these hours. Reach out if we need to explore different options for you.

    Mondays - 12 pm - 4 pm EST

    Wednesdays - 12 pm - 4 pm EST

    Wednesdays - 7 pm - 8 pm EST

    Fridays - 9 am - 11 am EST

  • You will need a computer, iPad or iPhone with access to reliable internet.

    You will also need a yoga mat and some basic yoga props such as yoga blocks, a yoga strap and a few blankets or pillows. We will go over all of this with our complimentary Zoom call.

  • A one-on-one session is specific to focusing on one student.

    If you are interested in private online sessions for more than one student, please inquire about our private group rates. (We love working with single students and small groups!)

  • We will start with a 30-minute complimentary Zoom call to discuss your intentions and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

    I will contact you to book our first complimentary 30-minute appointment.

  • The first step is to reach out by email so that we can connect. We will then set a day and time to meet via Zoom for our first 30-minute complimentary appointment where we will discuss your needs and where you would like to focus. We will put together a plan and begin to schedule our practice times.

  • That depends on your needs. A consistent practice is the best way to deepen your practice. This could be a combination of weekly or monthly private sessions combined with classes, or we could meet on a schedule that suits you best. We will discuss this in detail once we get started.

  • After each session, I will be happy to send you some quick notes so that you can refer back to your practice when you are on your own.
